Collin, Denton and Dallas Counties, SH190	03-29-02	This is a toll road from SH78 to IH35E. The main lanes are closed to permits. Permits may be routed on the FR’s. There are breaks in the FR's on the west side of SH78 and on the west side of US75, but the main lanes of SH190 can be used in these areas. This is an agreement with TxDOT. No toll gates are in these areas. There are no FR’s between Coit Road west to Kelly, therefore, this area is "No permits."
